Powers: Stella has control over water and wave currents, and these abilities also give her a small handle on plantlife.
Extra: Her hair is never still. If her hair is still, it's either due to freezing temperatures or....death. Her hair moves as if she's underwater (think a more subtle version of Eris from Sinbad 68.media.tumblr.com/a56c2d220f…), and when she stands still, it ripples slowly against her body. When she's mad, her hair will ripple violently (the speed of it varying depending on how angry she is).
