Meet Viva~!

She's a Bellossom, and she's spunky, flirty, and loves to dance. She also loves flowers *obvious traits "OTL*

She's got a slight hispanic accent, as well~

She works by performing in Contests

One thing that she's known for is how she attacks. She'll start to dance, causing an array of petals to whirl around her, mesmerizing her foe. That's when she strikes with a hard blow.
She also uses this in Contests, minus the whole "hard blow" part XDDD

...Okay. YES. I know that making her Hawaiian or something is more fitting. Trust me, I thought about it. But I have 3 reasons as to why she's not:
1. It's typically used, and I wanted to make her unique
2. For some reason, it didn't seem to fit the personality I had in mind.
3. .....MY character. Nuff said XDDD
