Meet Noelle!

She's the second youngest of the family, and is also the "coldest", both in body temperature and attitude. She is not mute, just quiet. However, on cold winter nights....it's said that you can hear a soft, chilling voice on the wind (sounds like this: [link])

Also, she's always cold...hence why she wears all of that year-round. If she gets warm/hot, SOMETHING is wrong XD
