Peppy "Pep" Swirl is the son of Cotton Candy and Epic Parody.
Following this guide here (look down in the comments for the link, DA is being screwy), he could possibly appear in universes D, F, G, D***, F***, and G***
For me personally, I'd have him in G*** (since that universe has the rest of my personal ships from her next gen)

Full Name: Peppy Lollipop Swirl
Nicknames: Pep, Pepper Swirl, and/or Pep L. Swirl (when running his business); Peppy and/or Peppy Swirl (by Pinkie, CC, Parry, and Cheese); Lolly Swirl (by Starlight); and Pepper Lollipop Spiral (on some fan made merchandise)
Talent(s): Making lollipops with added spices, using pepper spice as a candy ingredient, adding swirls to his lollipops using pepper spice, and finally, adding his secret paprika spice to give his lollipops and other swirled candies that extra balance.
Personality: On the outside, Peppy may look happy... but he's covering up a secret sad event-- the recent death of his pet chicken. He had named it Boneless, since it had no bones. And then-- its neck just split into two pieces one day, when Starlight grabbed the neck with his magic, and lost control shortly after. It's no surprise that Starlight has no control over his magic as a kid, but he does now. But Peppy vowed revenge against him. In short: Starlight killed Peppy's pet, BONELESS chicken.
